Order

Q: How can I place an order?
A: Select a category from the drop-down menu, browse for an item you like and select it, you are going to be redirected to the product page, where you will need to select a color, size and add special requirements if needed.

Q: Can I pay with my Credit Card?
A: Yes, we accept all major Credit and Debit Cards which include but are not exclusive to Visa and MasterCard.

Q: I would like to cancel my order.
A: Don't worry as long as your parcel for your non-custom product wasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting our service team.

Q: Can I order by calling the service number?
A: Sorry currently we are not able to take your order by telephone. But we are working hard on bringing you the feature. But you can still use your Smartphone to place an order.

Q: What are special requirements?
A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Pay

Q: Which payment options are available?
A: You can pay for your purchase with all major Credit and Debit Card, or place an order with pre-payment and contact our support for available pre-payment option which includes Bank Transfer, Western Union, and MoneyGram.

Q: Is my payment secure?
A: Definitely a yes! We use highest industry standards to secure our website and the payment process. Queenabelle.com is fully PCI compliant and certified to process payments. Every bit of the information you provide to us is processed encrypted through the Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

Vouchers / Discount codes

Q: Where can I redeem my voucher or discount code?
A: During checkout, you have the option to enter the specific code, it will be applied to the whole shopping cart.

Q: How many times can I use the discount code?
A: Each purchase once, for as long as the promotion is active.

Q: I have signed up for your Newsletter, where is my code?
A: Due to regulations, you need to go into your mailbox and activate your Newsletter subscription, the code will be shown after clicking the activation link.

Size

Q: How to know my size?
A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.

Q: How to measure me?
A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.

- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.

- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.

- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.

Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself. Please check if the dress has a built-in bra if so, measure yourself without a bra.

Q: My body measurements don't fit a specific size!
A: You can choose custom measurements and enter your body measurements into the order details without choosing a pre-defined size. Extra fees might apply.

Q: Are the sizes e.g. UK 10, standard UK sizes?
A: There are no standard sizes for dresses in the UK or the EU, therefore pretty much every manufacturer is using their own chart. Please check our size chart for details.

Shipping

Q: Which Shipping options are available?
A: We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. For drop or bulk shipping and wholesale container shipping we don't feature expedited options, please contact us if you want to order more than 100 dresses. We have great wholesale rates and your trips to our tailor workshops.

Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it takes around 7-8 days to reach you, depending on the item you order, its origin and destination.

Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
